Prices
Orders are charged in the displayed currency, except for orders paid with PayPal which will be processed in Euro. Prices do not include delivery charges.
VAT is included in the product price for shipping destinations in the EU and Norway, while VAT is not included for other shipping destinations outside of the EU. Non-EU customers might be subjected to VAT and customs in your own country. Import duty, tax costs and customs charges will be invoiced to you directly from FedEx. If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. Please contact your local customs office for current charges and regulations.
Brexit: Please note that from Jan 1, 2021, VAT is not included in the product price for customers in the UK. The same terms as for other non-EU countries apply.
We have the right to adjust incorrect prices.
Payments
We offer the following payment methods:
Credit/Debit cards
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express through Shopify Payments, which is PSD2 compliant (3D secure).
Klarna
Klarna (Slice it, Pay Later, Pay Now) is available for customers in Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden or the United Kingdom. Klarna payment options are shown in Euros at checkout to customers in Austria, Finland, Germany, and the Netherlands. Customers in Denmark, Sweden, or the United Kingdom need to use their local currencies.
PayPal
PayPal allows secure and swift payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay is a mobile payment and digital wallet service by Apple Inc. that allows users to make payments in person, in iOS apps, and on the web. It is supported on the iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, and Mac.
Google Pay
Google Pay is a digital wallet platform and online payment system developed by Google to power in-app and tap-to-pay purchases on mobile devices, enabling users to make payments with Android phones, tablets or watches.
Shipping
We ship from Sweden. We ship to most international destinations (see checkout for available countries). Orders are shipped by DHL (within the EU*) and FedEx (rest of the world). Our digital gift cards are sent as soon as the order is processed in an email with a link to your gift card code.
EU and Norway
EU* and Norway orders are shipped with DHL to your nearest DHL service point. You will receive information on where to collect your order and when it's ready to be picked up by DHL. When picking up your order, identification will be required. Please register the correct email address and phone number when placing an order to receive shipment information by DHL.
*Orders to Italy, Cyprus and Malta are shipped with FedEX, while orders to France are shipped with DHL Express. Orders to Denmark are shipped with Bring.
Rest of the World
All orders outside the EU (including the UK and Switzerland) are sent with Fedex. A physical street address and signature upon delivery are required (Fedex doesn't deliver to BOX-adresses). Please register a phone number when ordering which Fedex can use to reach you. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Your package can be tracked at www.fedex.com.
Delivery times and costs
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Below are the delivery times under normal conditions. Expect some extra days during sales and holidays. Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination outside of the EU.
We offer free shipping on all orders over 300 EUR (or equivalent in other currencies).
- Sweden: 5€, 1-3 working days .
- EU+UK, Norway, Switzerland: 10€, 3-5 working days.
- North America: 10€, 5-7 working days.
- Rest of the World: 25€, 5-7 working days.
When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. In case the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order, we will contact you and you have the option of cancelling your order or to choose an exchange product.
Return Policy
To make gift shopping risk free we have extended the returns deadline for all orders placed in November and December to January 30.
You have the right to return your products for any reason within 30 days from the delivery date. EU customers should use the provided return label. Customers outside the EU (including UK, Norway and Switzerland) should contact customer service by email shop@bergbergstore.com which will assist you with the return and supply you with a return label. We only accept returns with a return label issued by Berg & Berg. Berg&Berg does not refund any shipping fees or any customs fees that have been paid by the customer.
Please note that we do not offer returns for items sold during "archive sales" outside the EU. However, during our regular sales, normal return terms apply, and customers outside the EU have full return rights
Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them. Items should be returned unused, and with all original packaging (including hangers) and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted. Due to hygiene reasons, returned underwear and socks are only accepted if the packaging has not been opened or damaged. Please follow our instructions below:
How to make the return
Customers within EU: To make a return, please fill out the return sheet and place it inside your parcel together with the items you wish to return. Attach the return label on the outside of your parcel and hand it over to your nearest DHL service point (or Bring service point for Danish customers).
Customers outside the EU: To make a return, please drop us an email at shop@bergbergstore.com and inform us about the return. Customer service will supply you with a return label. The cost of return will depend on your location and will be deducted from your refund. We only accept returns with a return label issued by Berg & Berg.
Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges. We advice customers who want to change size, model or color to place an order for the new item, and return the original item. We will issue a refund for the original item after the return is processed by our warehouse.
Your Refund
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 30 days of us receiving the returned products. We will not refund the initial shipping cost, the return-shipping cost, or import duties and tax costs (if you live outside the EU/Norway). For Swedish customers, 10€ will be deducted for the DHL returns service. For other customers within the EU, 15€ will be deducted for the DHL returns service. For customers outside the EU (including UK, Norway and Switzerland), the cost of the returns service will depend on your location and the price quoted to Berg & Berg by the company handling the return shipment.
If you’ve chosen “Pay later” or “Finance” through Klarna as payment option, please contact Klarna to pause the invoice to avoid additional costs while your return is being processed. Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.
If you have ordered items within our «3 for 2» or «5 for 4» promotions, then please read the following conditions for returns:
If you return one item, you will not receive a refund, as the order no longer fulfills the condition for the «one free item promotion».
If you return several items, but not the full order, you will receive a refund, but not for the «one free item», regardless of which item that was listed as free in checkout.
If you return the full order, you will receive a full refund.
Examples:
You buy 3 shirts for the price of 2. You return 2 shirts. You will receive refund for 1 shirt.
You buy 3 shirts for the price of 2. You return 3 shirts. As you only paid for 2 shirts, you will receive refund for 2 shirts.

In order to receive payments we share the order information with Stripe and Paypal, and in order to ship your order, we share the order information with Unifaun, Fedex and DHL. And we use Fortnox as an ERP system where order information is stored for bookkeeping.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
